Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase! Due to the nature of our wellness and skincare products, all sales are final for items that have been opened or used (please see exceptions section below). 

We gladly accept unopened, unused items for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. To request a return, you can contact us at lavanaconnection@gmail.com with your order number and item details. If your request is accepted, we will process a store credit or exchange within 5 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
